1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WorkAnySpace.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including those accessing the Service during the free trial period.

2. Description of Service

WorkAnySpace provides cloud desktop services powered by Amazon WorkSpaces. We act as an authorized reseller, provisioning and managing virtual Windows desktops hosted on Amazon Web Services infrastructure. The underlying infrastructure is subject to AWS Service Terms.

3. Free Trial

• New users are eligible for one (1) free 7-day trial per person.
• The free trial requires basic identity verification. Providing false information to obtain multiple trials constitutes fraud and may result in account termination.
• Your workspace runs across 15+ AWS global regions with ⚡ lightning-fast performance and 🚀 99.9% uptime guarantee.
• If you do not cancel before Day 7, your account will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at the rate shown on your selected plan.
• WorkAnySpace reserves the right to deny or terminate free trials at its sole discretion.

4. Billing & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension. We will notify you before suspending your account.
• There are no refunds for partial months of service.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your workspace until the period ends. After cancellation, your workspace data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. WorkAnySpace is not liable for any data loss following cancellation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Distribute malware, spam, or engage in phishing activities.
• Mine cryptocurrency or conduct resource-intensive activities not related to legitimate work.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks.
• Resell or sublicense access to your workspace without written permission.
• Store or transmit illegal content, including but not limited to child exploitation material.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, consistent with Amazon Web Services SLAs. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by AWS infrastructure issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on WorkAnySpace.com are the property of WorkAnySpace or its licensors. You retain ownership of all data and files you store within your workspace. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkAnySpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through the dashboard.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
